Low fat, Low GI are buzz-words lately and almost every housewife is trying her best to convince her family to eat this way. But what exactly does it mean, does it cost money, does is mean that you need to count your carbs, will it take a lot of time to prepare and will it help you to have more energy but at the same time loose weight?


Eating a low-fat diet and learning how to use the Glycaemic Index (the so called GI), can give one an endless supply of energy by keeping your blood-glucose levels stable.


But instead of using all your "energy" to cook healthy meals, yourself, why not teach your domestic worker to cook healthy low fat, low GI (Glycaemic Index) meals?
